This concept was developed to fill out the gap between the supermarket and takeaway services. Olle is a service designed to take the supermarket e-commerce experience to a new level, by giving customers the ability to get instant grocery delivery for dishes to cook at home. First you setup your cooking preferences such as price, preparation time, allergies and price. After that, you are ready to figure out what to cook in collaboration with your personal grocery shopper - Olle. All interaction with Olle is through a conversational interface using chatbot technology to make the experience swift and personal.

Process

The time span for the project was tight so we designed the process ensuring to get all the way around the subject from research to final presentation.

Speed dating &

Co-creation

The client kick-off workshop included a Lego check-in to with the question “Build something that represents your mood today”. Followed by a speed dating exercise to to get the clients thoughts and ideas around the results of our research. And as always we rounded up with a check-out to hear everyones thoughts about the workshop.

Prototyping

Rapid sketching, crazy 8, prototyping, user testing, iterative design rounds and a lot of talking.

Personal &

friendly

The idea with the design direction is to make it personal and friendly. A setup flow to customize your preferences and a easy simple interface to make it as relevant and useful as possible.
